How to "Send and Protect" - Step 1: Go outside and let yourself be a lil wild! Whether it's hiking, climbing, paddling, skiing, biking, fishing, slacklining, gardening, swinging, whatever it may be, just get out there! Step 2: Protect those wild places that you love to get out in so that not only you, but others can take pleasure and be a Gnarwal in them too!
